Therefore, products cannot be returned after receipt, and refunds cannot be issued for regret after delivery.

At Baladii Farm, we take full responsibility for quality. If you received a vegetable or fruit in poor condition, please take a photo and send us a message via WhatsApp at 0548082677 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will ensure to credit you or compensate you in your next order.
